SHIFT: 1st Shift - 8 Hours (Mon- Fri)

TERMS: Full-time, Hourly Non-Exempt, Paid Weekly

WHO WE ARE: Formed in 2004 as a food contract manufacturing and packaging business, serving some of the world's most sophisticated food and nutrition companies. We specialize in dry powder blending to nourish communities with high quality products such as pancake mix, cake mix, and drink sticks. We have over 300 dedicated employees working safely in a manufacturing environment with over ten production lines.

JOB SUMMARY: This position performs all administrative tasks related to parts and maintenance for the company. Activities such as but not limited to parts stocking, inventory, shipping, receiving, ordering and the organization of parts. This role will also support the preventative maintenance system for tracking and ordering.

• Requests and receives parts, equipment, materials, and supplies to maintain minimum stock on hand.
• Completes and maintains records of servicing operations such as work orders and daily status reports.
• Completes inventory accurately and on time.
• Orders and receives parts, researching alternatives and expediting as needed.
• Manages the organization of parts with labels and accurate bin locations.
• Monitor parts usage and identify outliers, trends, or suggest changes to min/max.
• Complete required paperwork documenting parts usage.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish & English
• Upkeep Experience (preferred)
• Highschool or GED
• Mechanical aptitude a plus
• Knowledgeable: with measurements, simple electronic components
• Computer skills
